Located 1.5 kms from Pari and 35 kms from Siena, in a splendid panoramic setting, it is surrounded by 144 acres of woods. The area is crossed by the stream Le Caldanelle, known for its hot springs . The Farmhouse consists of three apartments in the same buidings. The units are perfectly renovated, equipped with modern comforts and tastefully furnished. An inviting Pool welcomes the guests.

CALDANELLE ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE
An almost unknown archeological site, a mysterious thermal station by the source of Caldanelle stream. The site takes its name from the stream.
The thermal station, in a wood close to the better known Terme di Petriolo, is still rich in mystery.
It is located in one of the most famous and appreciated areas of this region: it is well known because of the healing properties of its waters, that are beneficial for both liver and skin. Ancient Etruscans used to go there. In the Middle Ages noblemen and even Popes contributed to its fame.
Caldanelle lies on a gentle hill slope, and is hidden by plants and trees. Recent archeological investigations led to the discovery of a fortified inn hosting people who came to thermal baths. This last detail provides a hint of the economic activities linked to the baths: the place attracted people who governed the region.
